Ingredients

  • Apples300 g (≈2 pcs)
  • Walnuts40 g (≈⅓ cup)
  • Raisins check the label
    Sometimes dusted with flour — choose GF
    30 g (≈3 tbsp)
  • Honey1 tbsp (15 ml)
  • Cinnamon½ tsp (2 g)

Method

  1. (5 min) Heat the oven to 180 °C. Core the apples.
  2. (3 min) Mix the nuts, raisins, honey, and cinnamon.
  3. (2 min) Stuff the apples.
  4. (25 min) Bake until soft, serve warm.
