Ingredients

  • Cod fillet300 g (≈2 pieces)
  • Potatoes400 g (≈3 pcs)
  • Lemon60 g (≈1 pc)
  • Garlic6 g (≈2 cloves)
  • Olive oil2 tbsp (30 ml)

Method

  1. (5 min) Heat the oven to 200 °C. Spread potato wedges on a pan with oil.
  2. (15 min) Bake the potatoes for 15 min.
  3. (3 min) Add the cod, garlic, lemon wedges, and rosemary.
  4. (18 min) Bake 15–18 min until the fish is done.
