Ingredients
- Cod fillet300 g (≈2 pieces)
- Potatoes400 g (≈3 pcs)
- Lemon60 g (≈1 pc)
- Garlic6 g (≈2 cloves)
- Olive oil2 tbsp (30 ml)
Method
- (5 min) Heat the oven to 200 °C. Spread potato wedges on a pan with oil.
- (15 min) Bake the potatoes for 15 min.
- (3 min) Add the cod, garlic, lemon wedges, and rosemary.
- (18 min) Bake 15–18 min until the fish is done.
