Method

  1. (3 min) Heat the oven to 175 °C, line a loaf pan with paper.
  2. (4 min) Mash the bananas, beat in the eggs, butter, and sugar.
  3. (3 min) Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  4. (45 min) Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, then cool.
