- Beets300 g (≈2 pcs)
- Feta cheese80 g (≈¼ pack)
- Walnuts40 g (≈⅓ cup)
- Arugula / salad greens60 g (≈2 handfuls)

Method
- (3 min) Heat the oven to 200 °C, wrap the beets in foil.
- (35 min) Roast until soft, cool, and dice.
- (2 min) Toast and chop the nuts.
- (2 min) Mix the oil, balsamic, and honey.
- Arrange the beets, feta, and nuts over the leaves, drizzle with dressing.
