Ingredients
- Buckwheat groats120 g (≈¾ cup)
- Eggs2 pcs
- Avocado150 g (≈1 pc)
- Olive oil1 tbsp (15 ml)
- Green onion10 g
Method
- (12 min) Rinse the buckwheat, cover with water, salt it, and cook covered.
- (4 min) Poach an egg in water with vinegar for 3 min.
- (2 min) Slice the avocado.
- Spoon out the porridge, top with avocado and the egg, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with green onion.
