Ingredients

  • Buckwheat groats120 g (≈¾ cup)
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Avocado150 g (≈1 pc)
  • Olive oil1 tbsp (15 ml)
  • Green onion10 g

Method

  1. (12 min) Rinse the buckwheat, cover with water, salt it, and cook covered.
  2. (4 min) Poach an egg in water with vinegar for 3 min.
  3. (2 min) Slice the avocado.
  4. Spoon out the porridge, top with avocado and the egg, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with green onion.
