Ingredients

  • Ground chicken500 g (≈1 pack)
  • Egg1 pc
  • Onion80 g (≈1 pc)
  • Gluten-free breadcrumbs / cornmeal check the label
    Wheat-free
    60 g (≈½ cup)
  • Rice flour for dredging check the label30 g (≈3 tbsp)

Method

  1. (5 min) Mix the ground chicken, egg, onion, half the breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. (3 min) Form 9 cutlets, coat them in flour and breadcrumbs.
  3. (12 min) Fry 4–5 min per side, covered.
  4. Sprinkle with herbs, serve with vegetables.
Tip: Cross-contamination: fry in clean, fresh oil — shared frying oil used for wheat breading carries gluten.
