Ingredients
- Ground chicken500 g (≈1 pack)
- Egg1 pc
- Onion80 g (≈1 pc)
- Gluten-free breadcrumbs / cornmeal check the labelWheat-free60 g (≈½ cup)
- Rice flour for dredging check the label30 g (≈3 tbsp)
Method
- (5 min) Mix the ground chicken, egg, onion, half the breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- (3 min) Form 9 cutlets, coat them in flour and breadcrumbs.
- (12 min) Fry 4–5 min per side, covered.
- Sprinkle with herbs, serve with vegetables.
Tip: Cross-contamination: fry in clean, fresh oil — shared frying oil used for wheat breading carries gluten.
