- Cooked chicken200 g (≈1 fillet)
- Bell pepper120 g (≈1 pc)
- Spinach100 g (≈2 handfuls)
- Hard cheese check the label60 g (≈a handful)
Method
- (5 min) Heat the oven to 190 °C. Chop the pepper, dice the chicken.
- (5 min) Sauté the pepper, add the spinach and chicken.
- (3 min) Pour over the eggs beaten with milk, top with cheese.
- (15 min) Bake until the center sets, cut into wedges.
