Ingredients

  • Chicken breast300 g (≈2 fillets)
  • Quinoa120 g (≈¾ cup)
  • Cherry tomatoes150 g (≈10–12 pcs)
  • Cucumber100 g (≈½ pc)
  • Salad leaves80 g (≈2 handfuls)
  • Olive oil2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • Paprika check the label1 tsp (3 g)

Method

  1. (15 min) Cook quinoa in salted water, rest 5 min.
  2. (2 min) Slice chicken, season with paprika and pepper.
  3. (8 min) Pan-fry chicken in oil until cooked through.
  4. (3 min) Slice tomatoes and cucumber.
  5. Assemble the bowl, dress with oil and lemon juice.
