Ingredients
- Chicken breast400 g (≈2 fillets)
- Bell pepper120 g (≈1 pc)
- Zucchini150 g (≈1 pc)
- Red onion100 g (≈1 pc)
- Yogurt for the marinade2 tbsp
Method
- (5 min) Cube the chicken, marinate for 20 min.
- (5 min) Thread onto skewers, alternating with vegetables.
- (15 min) Roast at 200 °C, turning, until golden.
- Serve with salad or a yogurt sauce.
