Ingredients

  • Chicken breast400 g (≈2 fillets)
  • Bell pepper120 g (≈1 pc)
  • Zucchini150 g (≈1 pc)
  • Red onion100 g (≈1 pc)
  • Yogurt for the marinade2 tbsp

Method

  1. (5 min) Cube the chicken, marinate for 20 min.
  2. (5 min) Thread onto skewers, alternating with vegetables.
  3. (15 min) Roast at 200 °C, turning, until golden.
  4. Serve with salad or a yogurt sauce.
Tip: Cross-contamination: use a homemade marinade without soy sauce and a clean grill/surface (not shared with regular marinated meat).
