Ingredients

  • Pitted dates150 g (≈10 pcs)
  • Walnuts / almonds80 g (≈⅔ cup)
  • Cocoa powder check the label20 g (≈2 tbsp)
  • Coconut oil1 tbsp (15 ml)
  • Shredded coconut20 g

Method

  1. (2 min) Soak dry dates for 5 min, then pat them dry.
  2. (4 min) Grind the nuts, add the dates, cocoa, and oil.
  3. (3 min) Blend into a sticky mass.
  4. (3 min) Roll into balls, coat in coconut, and chill.
