Ingredients
- Pitted dates150 g (≈10 pcs)
- Walnuts / almonds80 g (≈⅔ cup)
- Cocoa powder check the label20 g (≈2 tbsp)
- Coconut oil1 tbsp (15 ml)
- Shredded coconut20 g
Method
- (2 min) Soak dry dates for 5 min, then pat them dry.
- (4 min) Grind the nuts, add the dates, cocoa, and oil.
- (3 min) Blend into a sticky mass.
- (3 min) Roll into balls, coat in coconut, and chill.
