Ingredients

  • Soft quark / cream cheese500 g (≈1 pack)
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Greek yogurt60 g (≈3 tbsp)
  • Sugar40 g (≈2 tbsp)
  • Cornstarch check the label20 g (≈2 tbsp)

Method

  1. (5 min) Heat the oven to 160 °C, line the pan with paper.
  2. (5 min) Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  3. (2 min) Pour into the pan.
  4. (40 min) Bake until the center is just set.
  5. Cool, chill for 2 h, serve with berries.
