Ingredients
- Soft quark / cream cheese500 g (≈1 pack)
- Eggs2 pcs
- Greek yogurt60 g (≈3 tbsp)
- Sugar40 g (≈2 tbsp)
- Cornstarch check the label20 g (≈2 tbsp)
Method
- (5 min) Heat the oven to 160 °C, line the pan with paper.
- (5 min) Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- (2 min) Pour into the pan.
- (40 min) Bake until the center is just set.
- Cool, chill for 2 h, serve with berries.
