Ingredients

  • Eggs6 pcs
  • Bell pepper80 g (≈½ pc)
  • Spinach80 g (≈2 handfuls)
  • Hard cheese check the label60 g (≈a handful)
  • Milk40 ml (≈3 tbsp)

Method

  1. (5 min) Heat the oven to 180 °C, grease 6 muffin cups.
  2. (3 min) Whisk the eggs with milk, stir in the vegetables and cheese.
  3. (1 min) Fill the cups ⅔ full.
  4. (20 min) Bake until set, cool for 3 min.
