- Bell pepper80 g (≈½ pc)
- Spinach80 g (≈2 handfuls)
- Hard cheese check the label60 g (≈a handful)
- Milk40 ml (≈3 tbsp)
Method
- (5 min) Heat the oven to 180 °C, grease 6 muffin cups.
- (3 min) Whisk the eggs with milk, stir in the vegetables and cheese.
- (1 min) Fill the cups ⅔ full.
- (20 min) Bake until set, cool for 3 min.
