Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 5–9%500 g (≈1 pack)
- Eggs2 pcs
- Rice flour check the labelNo wheat-flour cross-contact40 g (≈3 tbsp)
- Sugar20 g (≈1 tbsp)
- Vanilla extract check the label1 tsp (5 ml)
- Oil for frying1 tbsp (15 ml)
Method
- (5 min) Mash cottage cheese with eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.
- (3 min) Stir in rice flour — the batter should hold its shape.
- (2 min) Form 9 patties, coat in rice flour.
- (12 min) Fry 3–4 min per side, covered.
- Serve with Greek yogurt and berries.
