- Cabbage≈1 kg (1 large head)
- Potatoes≈700 g (5–6 pcs)
- Carrot≈120 g (1 pc)
- Bell pepper≈240 g (2 pcs)
- Tomatoes≈300 g (3 pcs)

Method
- (2 min) Pour 1.5 l of boiling water into a pot.
- (12 min) Add the peppercorns, carrot, and onion; cook for 10 min.
- (5 min) Add the cabbage, potato, and pepper, season lightly.
- (3 min) Add the grated tomatoes, GF seasoning, bay leaf, and oil.
- (48 min) Simmer covered for 45–50 min over low heat.
- Let it rest, sprinkle with herbs to serve.
