- Milk30 ml (≈2 tbsp)
- Soft cottage cheese100 g (≈½ pack)
- Fresh herbs5 g
Method
- (3 min) Whisk the eggs with oat flour, milk, and salt.
- (6 min) Cook covered for 3–4 min, flip for 1 min.
- (2 min) Spread cottage cheese with herbs over half the crepe.
- Fold in half and serve.
