    40 g (≈4 tbsp)
  • Milk30 ml (≈2 tbsp)
  • Soft cottage cheese100 g (≈½ pack)
  • Fresh herbs5 g

Method

  1. (3 min) Whisk the eggs with oat flour, milk, and salt.
  2. (6 min) Cook covered for 3–4 min, flip for 1 min.
  3. (2 min) Spread cottage cheese with herbs over half the crepe.
  4. Fold in half and serve.
