Ingredients

  • Ripe banana120 g (≈1 pc)
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Oat flour (GF) check the label
    Certified gluten-free oats only
    60 g (≈6 tbsp)
  • Milk50 ml (≈¼ cup)
  • Baking powder check the label
    No wheat starch
    ½ tsp (2 g)

Method

  1. (3 min) Mash the banana, beat in the eggs, pour in the milk.
  2. (3 min) Add the oat flour and baking powder, let rest for 3 min.
  3. (10 min) Cook in batches, 2–3 min per side.
  4. Serve with yogurt and berries.
