- Milk50 ml (≈¼ cup)
- Baking powder check the labelNo wheat starch½ tsp (2 g)
Method
- (3 min) Mash the banana, beat in the eggs, pour in the milk.
- (3 min) Add the oat flour and baking powder, let rest for 3 min.
- (10 min) Cook in batches, 2–3 min per side.
- Serve with yogurt and berries.
