Ingredients
- Short-grain rice100 g (≈½ cup)
- Pumpkin200 g (≈2 handfuls, diced)
- Milk400 ml (≈1¾ cups)
- Honey / sugar1 tbsp (15 ml)
- Butter10 g (≈2 tsp)
Method
- (3 min) Dice the pumpkin finely, rinse the rice.
- (7 min) Cover with water and cook until absorbed.
- (15 min) Pour in the milk and simmer gently until soft.
- Add the honey, cinnamon, and butter, let stand 5 min.
