Ingredients

  • Short-grain rice100 g (≈½ cup)
  • Pumpkin200 g (≈2 handfuls, diced)
  • Milk400 ml (≈1¾ cups)
  • Honey / sugar1 tbsp (15 ml)
  • Butter10 g (≈2 tsp)

Method

  1. (3 min) Dice the pumpkin finely, rinse the rice.
  2. (7 min) Cover with water and cook until absorbed.
  3. (15 min) Pour in the milk and simmer gently until soft.
  4. Add the honey, cinnamon, and butter, let stand 5 min.
