Ingredients

  • Chicken breast300 g (≈2 fillets)
  • Sweet potato350 g (≈1 large)
  • Olive oil2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • Rosemary (dried)1 tsp
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Salt, black pepperto taste

Method

  1. (5 min) Heat the oven to 200 °C. Dice the sweet potato onto a baking sheet.
  2. (3 min) Add the chicken, drizzle with oil, season with rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. (30 min) Roast until the sweet potato is golden and the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Rest for 3–5 min, then serve.
