Ingredients
- Chicken breast300 g (≈2 fillets)
- Sweet potato350 g (≈1 large)
- Olive oil2 tbsp (30 ml)
- Rosemary (dried)1 tsp
- Garlic2 cloves
- Salt, black pepperto taste
Method
- (5 min) Heat the oven to 200 °C. Dice the sweet potato onto a baking sheet.
- (3 min) Add the chicken, drizzle with oil, season with rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- (30 min) Roast until the sweet potato is golden and the chicken is cooked through.
- Rest for 3–5 min, then serve.
