Ingredients

  • Eggs4 pcs
  • Canned tomatoes check the label
    No gluten-containing additives
    400 g (≈1 can)
  • Feta cheese100 g (≈⅓ pack)
  • Onion80 g (≈1 pc)
  • Bell pepper120 g (≈1 pc)
  • Ground paprika check the label
    Pure spice, no fillers
    1 tsp (3 g)
  • Olive oil1 tbsp (15 ml)
  • Parsley10 g (≈small bunch)

Method

  1. (5 min) Dice onion and pepper, mince garlic, heat the oil.
  2. (7 min) Sauté onion and pepper until soft, add spices for 1 min.
  3. (5 min) Add tomatoes, season, simmer until thickened.
  4. (8 min) Make wells, crack in the eggs, cover until whites set.
  5. Crumble feta, sprinkle parsley. Serve immediately.
Tip: Serve with gluten-free bread and a separate knife.
