Ingredients
- Peeled shrimp200 g (≈12–14 pcs)
- Rice150 g (≈¾ cup dry)
- Mixed vegetables check the label150 g (≈1.5 cups)
- Tamari (wheat-free) check the labelNot regular soy sauce2 tbsp (30 ml)
- Garlic, ginger6 g + 10 g
Method
- (15 min) Cook the rice until done.
- (3 min) Sauté the garlic and ginger, add the vegetables for 2–3 min.
- (4 min) Add the shrimp, cook until pink.
- (2 min) Stir in the rice and tamari, heat through.
- Sprinkle with green onion.
