Ingredients

  • Canned tuna in water check the label
    No gluten-containing sauces
    160 g (≈1 can)
  • White beans240 g (≈1 can)
  • Tomatoes150 g (≈2 pcs)
  • Red onion60 g (≈½ pc)
  • Salad leaves80 g (≈2 handfuls)
  • Olive oil2 tbsp (30 ml)

Method

  1. (3 min) Rinse the beans, drain the tuna.
  2. (3 min) Chop tomatoes and onion, tear the salad.
  3. (2 min) Whisk oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Combine, dress, and sprinkle with parsley.
