- Canned tuna in water check the labelNo gluten-containing sauces160 g (≈1 can)
- White beans240 g (≈1 can)
- Tomatoes150 g (≈2 pcs)
- Red onion60 g (≈½ pc)
- Salad leaves80 g (≈2 handfuls)
- Olive oil2 tbsp (30 ml)
Method
- (3 min) Rinse the beans, drain the tuna.
- (3 min) Chop tomatoes and onion, tear the salad.
- (2 min) Whisk oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Combine, dress, and sprinkle with parsley.
