Ingredients
- Turkey breast350 g (≈2 fillets)
- Bell pepper120 g (≈1 pc)
- Broccoli150 g (≈⅓ head)
- Carrot80 g (≈1 pc)
- Tamari (wheat-free soy sauce) check the labelTamari only, not regular soy sauce2 tbsp (30 ml)
Method
- (5 min) Slice turkey into strips, julienne the vegetables.
- (6 min) Sear turkey over high heat, then remove.
- (5 min) Stir-fry garlic, ginger and vegetables for 3–4 min.
- (3 min) Return turkey, add tamari, toss to heat through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
