Ingredients

  • Turkey breast350 g (≈2 fillets)
  • Bell pepper120 g (≈1 pc)
  • Broccoli150 g (≈⅓ head)
  • Carrot80 g (≈1 pc)
  • Tamari (wheat-free soy sauce) check the label
    Tamari only, not regular soy sauce
    2 tbsp (30 ml)

Method

  1. (5 min) Slice turkey into strips, julienne the vegetables.
  2. (6 min) Sear turkey over high heat, then remove.
  3. (5 min) Stir-fry garlic, ginger and vegetables for 3–4 min.
  4. (3 min) Return turkey, add tamari, toss to heat through.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
